The Emperor’s Mosque, also known as Careva džamija, was erected by Osman-Pasha Resulbegović in honor of Sultan Ahmed III. This historic mosque is nestled in the Old Town of Trebinje, near the right bank of the Trebišnjica River.
According to historical archives in Dubrovnik, the mosque was built in 1719 by skilled Dubrovnik craftsmen using finely cut stone and features a four-sided tiled roof.
