Nestled at the confluence of the Pliva and Vrbas rivers, Jajce is a stunning town in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Once a royal city, it is now an open-air museum, where the Pliva River dramatically cascades 21 meters into the Vrbas, creating a breathtaking waterfall.
Jajce’s rich history dates back to prehistoric times, with significant Roman artifacts revealing a once-thriving settlement. Among the town’s historic treasures is the 3rd or 4th-century Temple of Mithras, located near the medieval city walls. The Fortress

Catacombs
