The Emperor’s Mosque in Sarajevo, built in 1457, is the city’s first mosque and a key historical site. Nearby, a bridge originally connected to the mosque, was moved upstream during the Austro-Hungarian period. Rebuilt in 1566, the mosque features classic Ottoman architecture and a significant graveyard.
